Delivery and execution

Delivery time

The delivery time can vary between 5 – 10 working days. The method of delivery can take place in different ways and is at the discretion of Leaders Wear.

Leaders Wear will exercise the utmost care when receiving and executing orders for products and when assessing applications for the provision of services.

If Leaders Wear cannot deliver the products within the agreed period, it will inform the customer. In that case, the customer can agree to a new delivery date.

The place of delivery is the address that the consumer has communicated to the entrepreneur.

The risk of damage and/or loss of products rests with the entrepreneur until the moment of delivery to the consumer or a representative designated in advance and made known to the entrepreneur, unless expressly agreed otherwise.

Delay

Leaders Wear will execute accepted orders expeditiously, but no later than within 30 days. If delivery is delayed, or if an order cannot be fulfilled or can only be partially fulfilled, the consumer will be notified of this no later than 30 days after he has placed the order. In that case, the consumer has the right to terminate the agreement without costs and is entitled to any compensation.
